I’ve shopped for Breckenridge condo rentals online before. I’ve found that the best way to get in touch with companies that have condos for rent is to do a search for ‘Breckenridge real estate company’. This seems to do a fair job of pulling up several Breckenridge real estate company websites.

You’ll probably want to go through several websites like this, to be sure you have a nice number of rental condos from which to choose. It’s a good idea to have some backup condos because you never know which ones will already be spoken for. Try to get in touch with the owner / manager of the condos you’re looking at as soon as you know the dates of your trip. The earlier you plan the better your odds of securing your first picks.

Be sure that the condo you decide to rent is close enough to the ski resort that you want to use while you’re in Breckenridge. If you or your guests like to ski it’s nice to be able to step outside and have only a short journey or bus ride to get to the slopes. Plan ahead and for several days if you want to be sure you’ll have good skiing weather for at least a few days.
